1. Purpose.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website www.wehavefaith.fr , operated by Rémy Cornille under the trade name We Have Faith . By placing an order, the customer accepts the following conditions without reservation.

2. Products.

The essential characteristics of the products (materials, sizes, images) are indicated on the website. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly without affecting quality.

3. Orders.

Orders are placed exclusively online via the website www.wehavefaith.fr.

The ordering process includes:

the selection of articles;
validation of the shopping cart after reading the terms and conditions;
secure payment;
receiving a confirmation email.

Each order triggers a unique production run, made to order . No item is manufactured in advance: this process limits surpluses, reduces waste and is part of a responsible ecological approach.

This “on-demand” model also guarantees careful production, without dead stock, and ensures that each piece is created especially for the customer.

4. Price.

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes and delivery. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Payment.

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments , PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, etc. All providers are PCI DSS certified.

We Have Faith does not store any banking data.

6. Shipping and delivery.

Carrier: Mondial Relay.
Method: Relay Point only (except in special cases).
Areas covered: Metropolitan France, French Overseas Departments and Territories, European Union. Outside the EU upon request.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 working days after dispatch.
Order preparation: 24 to 72 business hours.

The customer is advised to check the condition of the package upon collection.
In case of an anomaly, it is recommended to report it within 48 hours to facilitate processing, and at the latest within 3 days in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cancellation and returns.

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a legal right to return a product within 14 days. We Have Faith extends this right to 30 days after receipt. Returned products must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of error or defect.

8. Availability & production.

Our products are made to order, in order to avoid overproduction and reduce waste. This responsible approach ensures controlled production that aligns with our environmental commitments.

Therefore, there is no permanent stock: each piece is made specifically for the customer. In the event of exceptional unavailability (supply delays, production issues), the customer may choose between:

a replacement product,
a manufacturing postponement
or a full refund.

In all cases, the customer is informed promptly and supported until a complete resolution is achieved.

9. Responsibilities.

We Have Faith is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, nor for indirect damages. Force majeure events suspend the seller's obligations.

10. Intellectual property.

All site content is protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Personal data.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy . The customer can exercise their rights by contacting contact@wehavefaith.fr .

12. Cookies.

This website uses cookies to improve user experience. Visitors can configure them via their browser or the provided banner.

13. Mediation and disputes.

In case of dispute, the customer can contact customer service at contact@wehavefaith.fr .
In accordance with the law, a mediator will be available upon official membership.
