Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery areas.

We Have Faith delivers to mainland France , overseas territories and the European Union .
Deliveries outside the European Union are possible upon request to contact@wehavefaith.fr .

2. Preparation time.

Each order is prepared on average within 24 to 72 working hours , excluding weekends and public holidays.
This delay may increase during peak activity periods.

3. Delivery method.

Shipping is done via Mondial Relay , exclusively to a Relay Point .
Home delivery is possible only in certain exceptional cases (reduced mobility, lack of relay points, etc.), with additional charges.

4. Delivery times.

Average delivery times are 7 to 10 working days from the date of shipment.
An email containing the tracking number is sent as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

5. Delivery charges.

Delivery is free across the entire site.
No additional fees are applied: the cost of transport is included in the final price.

6. Receiving the package.

The customer is advised to check the condition of the package and its contents upon collection.
In case of an anomaly (damaged package, missing item, error), ideally please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos to facilitate processing.

7. Delays and follow-up.

If the tracking does not progress after 10 working days , contact us: contact@wehavefaith.fr .
Beyond 30 days , a full refund can be requested in accordance with Article L216-2 of the Consumer Code.

8. Incorrect address.

In the event of an incorrect address being provided during the order, We Have Faith cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver.
Reshipment is possible, but the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
